Are you looking for an accommodation in Vienna for one month or longer?
We offer rooms for one month or for several months for working people or job and apartment seekers, students or people in training, from 18 years of age.
Requirement: minimum number of guests per room and house (140 people) must be reached.
Resevation only possible via organisations (Schools, universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc.)
The following room categories can be booked:
Minimum stay 2 months in
Women’s room or men’s room (together with friends or strangers or private):
- In 4 bedded rooms: from 250 EUR per person/month/ without breakfast/with shower and WC
- In 3 bedded rooms: from 350 EUR per person/month/ without breakfast/with shower and WC
- In 2 bed rooms: from 499 EUR per person/month/ without breakfast/with shower and WC
- Single room: from 650 EUR per person/ month/ without breakfast/with shower and WChower and WC
Fridays and Saturdays at the current daily price)
Deposit: 2 months rent (maximum 1200,- EUR).
Requirement: minimum number of guests per room and house must be reached.
If you like to stay alone in a room, but are not enough people to fill it, we recommend you to pay also for the remaining beds to make sure that nobody else books them.
